About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead its technology and digital transformation initiatives. The CIO will be responsible for modernizing the company's technology foundation, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of enterprise systems across a complex, asset-intensive, and geographically distributed organization. This role involves overseeing a multi-year technology transformation, including ERP, cloud infrastructure, and various other systems, and requires a balance between near-term operational execution and long-term strategic planning. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership, plant leaders, and commercial and leasing teams to support operational technology environments and enable the effective use of data, analytics, and digital platforms. Candidates for the CIO position at the company should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years' of prior CIO experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or asset-intensive environment. The role demands a strong business orientation, financial and operational expertise, and the ability to lead through influence in a matrixed and joint-venture structure. The CIO will be expected to foster a transparent and collaborative environment, with a focus on change leadership and the ability to operate at both operational and strategic levels. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree and a proven track record of leading technology across multi-line businesses and complex ownership structures. The ideal candidate will have a calm, credible presence and the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
