Direct message the job poster from AimHire Salary: Up to $110,000k + Bonus Eligible AimHire is partnering with a growing SaaS company to find a Global Payroll Manager to support their continued growth and success. This is a hybrid role based in Denver, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Financial Services. As the Global Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for leading payroll operations for key client accounts, managing a team of senior payroll analysts, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll and tax reporting across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience, deep knowledge of U.S. payroll tax compliance, and a proven ability to work with global teams and clients in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and organize the daily activities of the payroll team, including managing a team of 3 senior-level payroll professionals Manage and maintain payroll calendars across clients Deliver payroll instructions and reconcile results with international payroll subsidiaries Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll through thorough auditing and internal controls Review and audit compensation payments and ensure accurate tax reporting Perform manual tax calculations, including U.S. tax, IRS forms (W2s, 941s), and outside tax reconciliation Reconcile key payroll accounts and support ad hoc reporting and analysis Coordinate ACH wires and manage payroll tax vendor relationships Participate in payroll software implementations, upgrades, and user acceptance testing Continuously assess and improve payroll processes and operational efficiency Provide high-level customer service and serve as a point of contact for client inquiries Learn and support expatriate payroll processes and international cost-of-living calculations Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external partners on payroll and tax matters Serve as a backup to the Senior Manager of Financial Services when needed Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of payroll experience, including supervisory responsibilities Extensive experience with U.S. payroll tax compliance and IRS processes Familiarity with tax IDs, W2s, 941s, and quarterly tax reporting Experience with global payroll coordination and working with foreign currencies Strong system proficiency in UKG, ADP, or Workforce now Demonstrated experience with manual payroll and tax calculations Proven ability to lead in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining high accuracy Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with global mobility and expatriate payroll is a strong plus Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or FPC certification preferred Why Join This Opportunity Competitive salary and bonus eligibility Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Retirement savings options (pre-tax and Roth) Flexible paid time off and company holidays Professional development and growth opportunities Be part of a high-performing, collaborative team with long-standing industry experience AimHire is an equal opportunity employer.
