Customer Service Representative

Perform janitorial duties and all duties listed on the daily schedule Operate motorized cleaning equipment Maintain daily upkeep of assigned areas and a clean work area Report incidents and hazardous conditions to the supervisor Comply with safety rules, policies, procedures, and company protocols Perform work assignments with other employees and complete repetitive tasks Communicate professionally with leads, supervisors, co-workers, managers, and customers Fill in during staff shortages Support the shift lead in completing punch-list items Use proper personal protective equipment and maintain a professional appearance and conduct Understand customer service, satisfaction, reporting systems, and the work environment Requirements No specific education requirement 3-6 months of training or experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience May be required to have a valid driver's license Completed all safety and task training certification May be required to be forklift certified Bilingual ability is a plus Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, cleaning compounds, and chemicals and their safe, efficient use Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds Core Competencies Demonstrates proficiency in janitorial duties, including the safe operation of cleaning equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
