Are you a licensed Radiologic Technologist looking for a consistent, routine environment without the burnout of weekend or holiday shifts? We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our specialized clinic team in Kansas City. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a focused clinical setting, specifically supporting kidney patients through routine diagnostic procedures. You will work closely with a supportive onsite manager and a dedicated team to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced but predictable environment.

What You'll Do

As the primary C-Arm operator, you will be the backbone of our procedural suite. Your expertise will ensure that our physicians have the imaging they need to perform life-changing dialysis-related procedures.

• Clinical Excellence: Operate the C-Arm x-ray machine for procedures including fistulograms, thrombectomies, and tunneled dialysis catheter insertions/exchanges.
• Safety First: Confirm appropriate shielding for all staff, manage radiation badges on a quarterly basis, and conduct routine lead inspections.
• Physician Support: Follow real-time directions to maneuver equipment, save images, and navigate screen changes during active procedures.
• Operational Integrity: Manage image transfers to the PACS system, maintain aseptic techniques, and ensure patient charts are filed accurately.
• Technical Maintenance: Test and monitor equipment, coordinating with service technicians for any necessary repairs.
• Team Contribution: Assist with stocking, filing, and daily procedure suite turnover (cleaning/mopping) to ensure a sterile and ready environment.

Schedule & Environment

• Work-Life Balance: Monday through Friday. No weekends and no holidays.
• Shift Details: Part-time hours (under 30 hours/week). Shifts typically fluctuate based on the procedure schedule (e.g., 9:00 AM starts or 1:00 PM starts).
• Setting: A focused clinic environment where you will see the same types of cases, allowing you to become a true subject matter expert.

What You Bring to the Table

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of radiology; High School Diploma or GED.
• Licensure: Active State Issued X-Ray License and ARRT Registration.
• Certification: Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Radiology Technologist.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to move the C-Arm, wear protective lead aprons for extended periods, and assist with patient transfers (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Soft Skills: A commitment to HIPAA compliance, a positive attitude toward peer/management relationships, and a "team player" mentality.
