We look for someone passionate about helping patients recover, regain mobility, and improve physical function. New graduates are encouraged to apply; we provide mentorship, training, and hands‑on experience. Responsibilities Develop personalized treatment plans to meet each patient's unique needs. Help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence. Set goals, track progress, and maintain productivity standards. Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and work closely with an interdisciplinary team. Qualifications Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Holds a valid state license (or is in the process of obtaining one if a recent graduate). Previous experience in acute care, long‑term care, or rehabilitation is a plus but is not required.
