We're a nationwide staffing company and we have a prospective position in Portsmouth, VA as a Navy Performance Improvement Analyst . Locals to the area are preferred Job Title: Performance Improvement Analyst Location: Falls Church, VA Duration: Full-Time Duties/Tasks: Must possess experience in all elements of ASQ BB Book of Knowledge (BOK) or equivalent industry recognized quality organization (i.e., NCQA and others). The candidate will develop, manage and document SPIDR system, application and data requirements. The successful candidate manages activities relating to the gathering of requirements, project initiation, project tracking and maintaining IT standards. The selected person must have strong communication skills to be effective in both technical and business requirement discussions. Experience Must have a minimum of threeyears direct experience as a performance improvement analystwithin a gov't sector (preferably the US Navy) Secret Clearance or Eligible for Secret Clearance Knowledge and background in Knowledge and background in Strategic Performance Improvement Data Repository (SPIDR) program. Master Black Belt or Black Belt Certificate Required Skills: Tailored Training: Experience providing customized training resources to meet the specific needs of Sailors. Skills Improvement: Ability to enhance the skills and readiness of Navy personnel through various educational opportunities.
