Physician - Primary Care and Walk In Care

Position Summary Valley Medical Group, part of the Valley Health System in Paramus, New Jersey, is seeking a full‑time Primary Care Physician to join our growing Primary Care Service Line. This outpatient position requires 36 patient‑facing hours and 4 hours of administrative time per week. The practice includes 13 primary care offices, 7 primary care & walk‑in care offices, and one primary and LGBTQ+ care office across Bergen and Passaic Counties. Key Offices Dumont/Centennial – Chestnut Ridge Rd Montvale – Kinderkamack Rd Teaneck – Riverdale Waldwick Wayne Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population. See walk‑in patients on a weekend per month and on an as‑needed basis during the week. Maintain comprehensive documentation and patient continuity of care. Participate in ongoing professional development and CME time. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $255,000 – $280,000. Proven wRVU productivity incentive with uncapped potential. Successfully completed residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Existing or eligibility for New Jersey Medical License, CDS and DEA.
