Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will have a wide range of responsibilities that include:

• Conducting individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and tailored approaches to help clients address their unique challenges.

• Developing comprehensive treatment plans that align with the goals and needs of each patient, with a focus on fostering healthy relationships and effective communication.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that promote shared experiences and support among clients facing similar issues, such as divorce, grief, and family conflicts.

• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including medical professionals, for integrated patient care and better outcomes.

• Providing crisis intervention as needed, ensuring a safe and stable environment for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will provide support for various issues such as:

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active state license.
