SKIN UNION was created to give healthcare providers a clear, clinically developed answer. Founded by former beauty executive and breast cancer survivor Cathy O'Brien, and skincare innovator and product developer Kristen Sgarlato, SKIN UNION is a new skincare brand for skin compromised by cancer treatment. Clinically tested and reviewed alongside an oncologist, dermatologist, and toxicologist, our mission is simple: replace guesswork with clear, clinically-tested skincare that helps patients feel more comfortable, more confident, and more like themselves during treatment. As we prepare for our October 2026 launch, we're building our founding field team across the New York tri-state area. The Opportunity: We're looking for an experienced medical sales professional who excels at building trusted relationships—not simply selling products. This role is ideal for someone who believes the best sales conversations begin by listening, educating, and earning trust. You'll introduce oncologists, radiation oncology departments, dermatologists, nurses, and specialty pharmacies to a new approach to supportive skincare, helping clinicians better support patients through one of the most challenging periods of their lives. What You’ll Do: Build and grow relationships with oncology, radiation oncology, and dermatology practices throughout the NY/NJ/CT region Leverage existing relationships while developing new physician, hospital, and clinical partnerships Introduce healthcare providers to SKIN UNION and educate physicians, nurses, and clinical staff on our products, clinical development, key ingredients, and evidence-based approach to supportive skincare Drive product adoption by presenting the product line, securing new accounts, and expanding existing relationships Partner with hospital systems, specialty pharmacies, and affiliated clinics to improve product access for patients Serve as the primary point of contact for account holders, providing product education, answering questions, and ensuring an exceptional experience from initial outreach through reorder Manage orders, coordinate timelines, and proactively communicate inventory availability and reorder needs to home office Gather feedback from healthcare providers and patients to inform future product development, educational materials, and commercial strategy Collaborate closely with the home office on territory planning, sales strategy, inventory forecasting, and customer support Track activity and provide weekly sales reports using company reporting tools What We're Looking For: Five or more years of pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales experience Nice to have: Experience with P&G, Beiersdorf, or similar pharmaceutical entities Existing relationships within oncology, radiation oncology, dermatology, or hospital systems throughout the NY tri-state area Experience launching a new product or category strongly preferred Comfortable working independently in an early-stage, entrepreneurial environment Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the region #J-18808-Ljbffr SKIN UNION
