We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our evening shift team at our 111-bed skilled nursing facility in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
About the Role:
As an LPN at Waynesburg Nursing and Rehab, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, under the supervision of our experienced nursing staff. Your duties will include:
• Delivering resident-centered care : Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of our residents, with a focus on their unique needs and preferences.
• Administering medications : Safely and accurately administering medications, as prescribed by our medical team.
• Monitoring and reporting : Monitoring our residents' condition and reporting any changes or concerns to our nursing staff.
• Providing emotional support : Providing emotional support and comfort to our residents, their families, and our other staff members.
