Key Responsibilities for the Senior Cost Accountant:
Analyze manufacturing KPIs and identify drivers of operational variances.
Support labor, capacity, and financial planning activities.
Perform cost studies and maintain accurate standard costs.
Assist with annual labor and overhead rate development.
Maintain costing master data within SAP.
Partner with estimating teams to evaluate costs for new business opportunities.
Qualifications for the Senior Cost Accountant:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
Experience in an accounting or finance role.
Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Manufacturing, SAP, ERP, Power BI, or Tableau experience preferred
