Registered Nurse (RN)
This Registered Nurse position involves supporting CT cardiac examinations within a specialized consult center. The role includes monitoring patients' vital signs, administering medications, and preparing patients for cardiac scans.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor blood pressure and heart rate of patients.
- Administer medications as required for cardiac procedures.
- Communicate with patients in advance to educate and prepare them for upcoming exams.
Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required. Preference will be given to candidates with 5 or more years of experience.
- Licenses/Certifications: Must possess a current RN license, as well as BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Education: Relevant nursing education as per licensing requirements.
Work Schedule
This position operates Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. There are no weekend or holiday requirements.
Additional Information
Credentials are due Thursday before the start date. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented and possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients.
