RN GIG - Flex/Per Diem/PRN - Mercy Springfield and Surrounding Communities

Role Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Responsibilities Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational standards and values. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program, current RN license, with minimum bedside experience: 1 year for Med Surg, 2 years for other specialties. Skills and Certifications BLS required; ACLS, PALS may be needed based on specialty. Preferred BSN and Epic experience. Key Duties Flexibility to work various shifts, including day or night, with no weekend or holiday requirements. Responsible for scheduling hours, available on short notice, with potential for shift cancellations.
