The team goal is enabling the Finance Accounting organization to become world-class through automation and process improvements./ph3Essential Functions/h3ullipWork with finance accounting partners to help automate manual workflows and train them in tools and skills to become self-sufficient/p/lilipCombine data across multiple, disparate systems such as enterprise data warehouse and other databases to perform analysis and draw conclusions based upon findings/p/lilipWork as part of a team in identifying Finance user requirements and delivering automated solutions and effectively and efficiently solve business needs/p/lilipWork with stakeholders to drive usage/adoption and promote results and outcomes/p/lilipDocument key processes and architecture of new solutions/p/lilipUse new or existing technologies to build automated reporting and dashboards/p/lilipAd hoc analysis as requested/p/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ullipBachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics preferred/p/lilip2+ years of financial analysis, data collection and reporting or related experience preferred/p/lilipHealthcare, insurance, pharmacy, PBM experience a plus/p/lilipTechnical experience with Excel, Access, and PowerPoint/p/lilipExperience with Tableau, SQL, Teradata, Alteryx preferred/p/lilipExperience in delivering solutions that meet business users requirements/p/lilipSelf motivated and solves problems with intellectual curiosity/p/lilipAbility to build relationships with multiple levels of management and across multiple functional areas/p/li/ulpIf you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload./ppAbout The Cigna Group/ppDoing something meaningful starts with a simple decision, a commitment to changing lives.
