Position: Temporary Custodian
Location: Sunrise, FL
Dates: September 18–25
Schedule: 6:30 PM – 3:00 AM
Pay Rate: $19.80 per hour

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Temporary 2nd Shift Custodian to assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly facility. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently during evening and overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, common areas, restrooms, and other facility spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean and restock restrooms and other designated areas.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation tasks according to established procedures.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged equipment to the appropriate supervisor.
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and properly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other custodial duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift as required for custodial duties.
