Job Summary
The Night Auditor is responsible for auditing all guest and house accounts to ensure accuracy and balance. This role also prepares final reports for management and serves as a third-shift Front Desk Associate, delivering professional and courteous guest service.
What You’ll Do- Audit daily guest accounts and ensure everything balances by morning
- Prepare reports and close out the day for management
- Welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, and provide top-notch service
- Answer phones, take reservations, and assist with guest needs
- Set up breakfast area if needed and keep the lobby clean and guest-ready
- Act as Manager on Duty when leadership isn’t onsite
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
- Strong attention to detail and basic math/computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently overnight
- Customer service experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person!
- Work independently in a calm, overnight environment
- Gain experience in both accounting and guest service
- Be a key part of creating a smooth, welcoming guest experience
