Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the communication database. Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating communication between departments. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams while ensuring timely follow-up. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
