You will serve as the face of our company in hospitals and clinics, driving market share expansion while collaborating with our clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care. Job Responsibilities Cultivate and manage relationships with key referral sources, specifically hospitals and clinics, to drive Acute patient volume. Collaborate cross‑functionally with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations teams to guarantee service excellence. Achieve defined net revenue and EBITDA goals by executing strategic territory plans. Lead in‑service presentations, participate in sales training, and represent the company brand in the field. Analyze territory performance, identify trends, and develop strategic plans to maintain our status as an industry leader. Act as the primary point of contact for customer service issues, ensuring rapid resolution and high client satisfaction. Maintain precise records, including call logs and expense reporting, ensuring all sales activity is documented in real‑time. Qualifications Proven track record in business development and customer service. Minimum 2+ years of experience in infusion services or a related healthcare field. Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred (relevant work experience will be considered). Strong ability to sell healthcare services with a solid understanding of reimbursement policies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint). Self‑motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently. Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
