Salary: $110,000-$135,000

As an Adult Nurse Practitioner , you'll have the opportunity to provide meaningful, patient-centered care while working alongside a collaborative and supportive healthcare team.

You'll provide comprehensive primary care services, including:

• Preventive care and health promotion

• Diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions

• Patient education and community-focused care

• Care coordination and referrals

• Independent clinical decision-making with support from a collaborative care team

• $110,000-$135,000 annual salary

• Incentive pay based on productivity

• 5 weeks PTO - 200 hours + 2 service days

• 10 paid holidays

• 40 hours CME + up to $2,500/year

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

• Active Arizona NP and RN licenses

• Current DEA certification

• Current CPR/AED certification from AHA or Red Cross

• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills

• Commitment to community health and underserved populations

• Valid Arizona Driver's License

• 3+ years of community health experience

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
