#### Job Description:

- Location: Lake Havasu City, AZ
- Facility: Havasu Regional Medical Center
- Type: Full-Time RN Position
- Shift: 3x12s (7A - 7:30P)
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Orientation: Weekly

- Community hospital and regional referral center
- 171 beds, Certified Chest Pain Center
- Level 3 Trauma Center

#### Unit Information:

- Patient Ratios: 1:4 or 1:3
- Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
- Type of Patients on Unit:
- STEMI, NSTEMI
- CHF, COPD
- Sepsis
- CABG pod 2
- Acute Respiratory Failure
- Atrial Fibrillation with RVR
- ALIF, EXLIF

#### Requirements:

- Experience: 2 years of recent acute experience
- Certifications: Current State License
- Travel Experience: Required
- Float Requirements: Medical Surgical and Telemetry (ED holds if up for admit)
- Call Requirements: Must be able to report within 30 mins when placed on call
