Legacy Health in Portland, Oregon is seeking a Certified Wound Ostomy Nurse (CWON) to manage ostomy, wound and complex skin patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, and provide expert consultation to the health team. Required BSN, 1 year acute care experience with wound/ostomy patients (2 years preferred), current RN license, WOCNCB certification and BLS.
