Senior Channel Operations Manager

Global software company with offices in Westford, MA seeks Senior Channel Operations Manager. This person manages the assurance of $350M of revenue through the firm’s reseller partners.The general responsibilities of this position are to manage channel partnerships, ensuring efficient operations, and support sales and marketing efforts to drive a highly effective and operationally excellent reseller channel. This position supports the LATAM, APAC, and ANZ territories. This role requires a highly confident Channel Operations professional who can effectively engage with internal account teams and external channel partners. This individual must be comfortable operating in high pressure environments, able to make sound decisions, and stand firmly behind those decisions. A thick skin, strong judgment, and executive level presence are essential for success in this role. This position is on-site 5 days a week in Westford, MA. Base salary in the $120 - 140K range plus annual bonus opportunity.
