We're on the lookout for our next high performing Copywriter to support our clients. Copywriter As a Copywriter, you'll be responsible for helping entrepreneurs communicate their message through clear, compelling, and conversion-focused copy across a variety of platforms. Email marketing, sales copy, content writing, and everything in between. Our team is here to manage the backend of their written content so they can show up as the CEO and visionary of their company. Rest assured you will never be bored – our clients work in a variety of fields and are multi-passionate. You'll support clients by writing email newsletters, nurture sequences, launch campaigns, and promotional content that aligns with their brand voice and marketing goals. Tasks may include writing copy for sales pages, lead magnets, opt-in pages, checkout pages, webinar registration pages, and other funnel assets that require clarity, persuasion, and strategic messaging. You'll assist in writing ongoing content such as blog posts, social media captions, podcast show notes, website copy, and other public-facing brand content. You'll help maintain and refine client brand voice guidelines, ensuring consistency across platforms and written assets for a cohesive brand experience. Research & Messaging Strategy You'll conduct market, audience, and competitor research to inform messaging, positioning, and copy direction so content resonates and converts. SOPs and training are provided for all client work. You'll collaborate with team members to align written content with launches, marketing campaigns, visibility strategies, and client goals, while keeping content organized and on schedule. Email Marketing Platforms: Flodesk, ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, MailerLite, Kajabi Project Management: ClickUp, Asana Funnel & Website Platforms: Kajabi, Showit, Squarespace, Wordpress, Clickfunnels Communication: Slack, Zoom Our clients use a variety of platforms for marketing and content creation, and as their copywriter it is important for us to be at least somewhat familiar, if not proficient, in the platforms they use. You are a strong, strategic writer who understands both storytelling and conversion psychology You are comfortable writing for multiple brand voices across different industries You take initiative and are quick on your feet with an efficient approach to problem-solving You are a self-starter and can independently manage multiple deadlines and deliverables You take direction well and can follow SOPs and brand voice guidelines You're interested in a long-term employee/employer partnership and are looking for a role you can commit to and grow with You're a stickler for deadlines, grammar accuracy, and attention to detail You work exceptionally well independently, but also collaboratively within a team You are comfortable interpreting analytics and performance insights to refine copy when needed You are available to work during regular office hours Monday to Friday for 10-15 hours/week to start (with the potential to grow to full-time very quickly) You are legally eligible to work in the United States This could be you if...
