At Peace Healthcare Agency is looking for experienced Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in their homes and communities.

As a Direct Support Professional, you will:

• ? Provide hands-on support with daily living activities, personal care, mobility, and companionship

• ? Encourage independence, self-advocacy, and personal growth

• ? Support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other intellectual and developmental disabilities

• ? Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and Behavioral Support Plans (BSPs)

• ? Encourage socialization, community participation, and meaningful activities

• ? Accompany individuals to medical appointments, therapy sessions, work, and community activities

• ?️ Promote a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment

• ? Complete accurate daily documentation, progress notes, and goal tracking

• ? Protect individual privacy and maintain HIPAA confidentiality

• ? Provide reliable transportation when required

• Experience supporting individuals with behavioral needs

• Experience implementing Behavioral Support Plans (BSPs)

• Experience working with individuals with Autism and/or other developmental disabilities

• Knowledge of person-centered care and individual rights

• ✔️ Previous DSP experience required

• ✔️ Valid driver's license

• ✔️ Reliable personal transportation

• ✔️ Ability to pass required background checks and screenings

• ✔️ Ability to work independently and responsibly

• ✔️ Ability to assist with mobility and personal care as needed
