TRANSPORTATION OFFICER

Overview Rite of Passage is hiring for a Transportation Officer at Canyon State Academy in Queen Creek, Arizona. Canyon State Academy is located on a scenic 180-acre campus with student housing for 300+ youth, a thrift store, café, barbershop, and a community church, as well as a fully equipped weight room, football stadium, and athletic center that include a gymnasium and padded wrestling room. Coordinate transportation schedules in collaboration with the Transportation Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, or Executive Administrative Assistant, depending on location. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for youth while on the road. Ensure compliance with all transportation policies and regulations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Completed 60 hours of college education or one year of experience working with at‑risk youth. Current state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record for the past three years. Eligibility to be an ROP driver; CDL holders can drive buses and large vans. Minimum age of 21 years. Clean record required; able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical exam, TB test, and a child‑abuse registry check.
