Range and Training Area Management (RTAM) HQ Administrator Location: Quantico, VA Company: Green Cell Consulting (GCC) Status: Full-Time (Contingent Upon Contract Award) Support Marine Corps Training and Readiness Green Cell Consulting is seeking a highly qualified RTAM HQ Administrator to support Marine Corps training and readiness. In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone for the RTAM Branch, managing executive correspondence, vital taskers, and command‑level coordination in a high‑tempo military headquarters environment. Position Summary The RTAM HQ Administrator reports directly to the Project Manager and provides administrative assistance, front‑office support, correspondence management, and operational coordination for the Range and Training Area Management (RTAM) Branch. Draft and edit written correspondence, publications, and other documents. Distribute correspondence and Naval messages to appropriate branch sections and conduct thorough reviews of the Branch monthly progress report for content accuracy. Support incoming calls and emails as necessary and provide information for referral to the appropriate RTAM section. Provide correspondence support for Range Safety and Design, Range Training Systems, and Range Control Systems and Support. Support coordination and participate in documenting various planning meetings, conferences, and off‑site meetings. Support, coordinate, and track actions and responses using the Tasker Management Tool. Analyze RTAM Range Support operations for efficiencies in the administrative functions of U.S. Marine Corps military ranges IAW MCO 3550.10.6.6.4. Provide RTAM Administrative Assistance services to include supporting group efforts and discussions. Draft, edit, and support the preparation of reports, presentations, charts, spreadsheets, and travel documentation, including Defense Travel System (DTS) support for the Branch. Support RTAM operations utilizing Microsoft Office and Adobe software suites for document preparation, spreadsheet management, presentation development, and data entry services. Minimum Qualifications Clearance No security clearance is required for this position. Education Bachelor’s Degree required; or Associate’s Degree with six (6) years of relevant experience. Experience Minimum of five (5) years of experience in general administration, human resources, business operations, or a related field. Knowledge of RTAM operations is required. Daily travel within the local area during the workday, requiring the use of a personal vehicle. May require business‑related travel and the ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
