Role Overview: Provides comprehensive patient care as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and allied health personnel. Responsibilities encompass implementing and modifying treatment plans, performing patient assessments, documenting findings, and ensuring appropriate follow-up post-discharge. Key Duties Implement and document treatment plans, adjusting as needed to achieve patient goals. Perform evaluations, goal setting, and discharge planning, sharing findings with relevant team members. Supervise rehabilitation technicians, volunteers, and students, fostering a positive learning environment. Meet productivity standards and proactively address patient needs, ensuring timely documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. Licensure in Georgia and BLS or BLS Instructor certification required upon hire. Skills: Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and teamwork abilities.
