Utilize guest survey reporting tools to drive change in key areas with the greatest impact on guest experienceChampioning our credit and loyalty programs. Ensure your team can inform, educate, and promote the benefits and offerings that reward our guest and enhance their shopping experienceGuiding operational accuracy, process, and workload efficiencyExecuting store merchandising direction and standards, product flow, inventory flexing, and signage to ensure consistency of brand experiencePerforms other duties as assignedWHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS A BEALLS OR HOME CENTRIC STORE MANAGER:Talented in coaching, training, and engaging associates with varying levels of experienceAbility to build rapport, trust, and engages with clear and concise communication that enhances the growth and job performance of self and othersCapability to interpret and apply company procedures/policiesUtilize Zebra PDA, POS Systems, Microsoft Office Programs, and Payroll/Scheduling SoftwareWorks well both independently and within a team environmentEstablish goals, guide employee performance, and hold self and others accountable to high-performance standards and resultsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A BEALLS OR HOME CENTRIC STORE MANAGER:High School Diploma or equivalent is required, college degree preferred2-3 yrs. minimum of management experience preferredEffective interpersonal and communication skillsStrong problem-solving skillsTeam-building skillsWork varying hours and schedules to include mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidaysPHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodationsMust be able to lift, push, pull and carry at least 20 poundsMust have full body rotation and mobility (i.e. – bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching)Must possess reliable transportation #J-18808-Ljbffr
