Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
Offer emotional support and companionship to clients
Implement personalized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary care team
Maintain accurate and timely records of client care and activities
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

0 years of experience (with opportunities for training and development)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Ability to lift, bend, and move safely and efficiently
