JOY Chocolate Co. Is Looking for a Chocolate Host
We are looking for a warm, dependable and genuinely kind person to join the JOY Chocolate Co. family.
This is more than simply filling a shift. We hope to find someone who will care about our shop, our customers and the small details that make a visit to JOY feel special.
Our Chocolate Host will welcome customers, help them explore our selection and thoughtfully guide them when they are choosing chocolates or gifts. They will arrange chocolates beautifully in boxes, tie bows, assist with packaging, help create and maintain attractive displays, and keep the shop clean and welcoming.
The right person will:
- Be naturally friendly, approachable and enjoyable to be around
- Have a neat, polished and professional appearance
- Enjoy helping people make decisions without making them feel pressured
- Take pride in making boxes, bows and displays look beautiful
- Be dependable, organized and comfortable multitasking
- Notice what needs to be done and take the initiative to do it
- Work confidently and responsibly on their own
- Be willing to help wherever needed
- Genuinely want to work and contribute to a small business
- Have knowledge of food safety or willingness to learn
Experience is always helpful, but character, kindness and work ethic matter most. We are not simply looking for an employee. We are looking for someone who would be happy to become part of our small JOY family and help us create a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through the door.
Part-time: 2–4 days per week
