Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time

Bedford, NH
$45–$50/hour

Post Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. This role offers the opportunity to provide individualized therapy services that help residents improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall functional independence.

Position Responsibilities:

• Complete physical therapy evaluations and establish resident-centered treatment plans
• Provide therapy interventions focused on gait training, transfers, balance, endurance, strengthening, and pain management
• Collaborate with PTA staff, nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support resident care goals
• Monitor resident response to treatment and modify therapy plans as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

Qualifications:

• Active PT license required
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
