You'll have the room to grow, the flexibility to balance life with work, and the opportunity to better health worldwide, together.Our Team, Your ImpactThis is a remote role that must reside in either IL, IN, MI, WI, OH, or KYAs the Medical Science Liaison II, you will function as a regional medical and scientific resource responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with national and regional External Experts (EEs) in support of key scientific medical objectives. You will engage in fair-balanced scientific exchange with EEs, provide education to healthcare providers on Teva products and disease states of interest, and provide clinical research support in Neurology at Teva. You will support the following territory: Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Kentucky.In this role you will develop, maintain, and manage collaborative relationships with External Experts (EEs) and other healthcare professionals in Neurology (including physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists). In addition, you will develop and demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of Teva, its products, current medical and scientific research and publications in therapeutic areas of interest to Teva.How You’ll Spend Your DayDevelop and maintain collaborative relationships with professional organizations to foster scientific and clinical educationProvide relevant medical and scientific support, including scientific and educational presentations, for healthcare professionals and internal cross-functional partners (e.g., sales training, advisory meetings, marketing-led initiatives, etc.)Respond to requests for medical information and/or unsolicited questions in a scientific, fair-balanced, compliant mannerProfessionally represent Teva at select medical meetings and programsAssist clinical development in identifying potential investigators and sites for company-sponsored clinical trialsComplete accurate and timely administrative reports, projects, and other required documentationDue to the nature of the duties and requirements of this position, the MSL will experience overnight travel up to 60% of the time. This travel will also involve attendance for evening and weekend events.Your Skills and ExperienceTerminal scientific degree (examples: PhD, MD, DO, PharmD, PsyD, DNP), or Master’s degree in Nursing with current APRN licensure with a specialization in Neurology/minimum 1 year of relevant therapeutic and/or clinical experience in neurology fieldsMinimum 1 year of MSL experienceAlso Good to HaveMinimum 1 year of experience with direct patient care in CNS/NeurologyExperience in delivering effective and influential oral presentationsExperience with publishing relevant therapeutic researchSalary RangeThe annual starting salary for this position is between $142,800 – 178,500 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
