This role focuses on accurately selecting and packing customer orders in a modern warehouse environment. You will work primarily with small, lightweight baby products such as onesies, clothing, pacifiers, accessories, bottles, and other baby care items. Team members receive training in both order picking and packing to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a smooth fulfillment process.

• Select customer orders using pick sheets and follow established procedures to ensure accuracy.
• Handle small, lightweight baby products such as clothing, pacifiers, accessories, bottles, and baby care items with care and attention.
• Double-check order contents against pick sheets to confirm accuracy before packing.
• Pack items into appropriately sized boxes, ensuring products are secure and protected for shipment.
• Tape and seal boxes neatly and consistently according to warehouse standards.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including basic inventory handling and order staging as needed.
• Support shipping and receiving activities by organizing packed orders and preparing them for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all warehouse safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
• Adapt to cross-training in both picking and packing functions to provide flexible support across the fulfillment process.

• Previous warehouse or production experience, with familiarity in basic fulfillment processes.
• Ability to perform pick and pack tasks using pick sheets and established procedures.
• Experience with general labor in a warehouse setting, including handling inventory and orders.
• Background in shipping and receiving or order selection is highly beneficial.
• Capability to perform accurate order picking and packing with strong attention to detail.
• Consistent work history demonstrating reliability and commitment.
• Comfort working with small, lightweight items and maintaining quality standards.
• Basic retail experience that supports an understanding of customer order accuracy and presentation.

• Experience in warehouse pick/pack operations and order fulfillment.
• Familiarity with warehouse inventory processes and organization.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to support smooth warehouse operations.
• Willingness to learn and be trained in multiple warehouse functions, including both picking and packing.

You will work in a brand-new warehouse that offers a clean, modern, and efficient environment, along with substantial opportunities for upward mobility. The role is based in a new, well-organized warehouse facility focused on order fulfillment for baby products. Shifts are structured to support different schedules, with a Weekend Shift running from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Friday through Sunday. Day Shift operates from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and Night Shift runs from 7:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Monday through Thursday. Work involves standing, walking, and handling small, lightweight items throughout the shift in a production-oriented environment with clear processes and safety standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lockbourne, OH.

The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $19.25/hr.
