Gap Analysis & Process Mapping
Functional, Integration, Regression & UAT Testing
Healthcare user support, issue triage & troubleshooting
Go-Live & onsite EHR rollout support
Stakeholder workshops & cross-functional collaboration
Visio, MS Office, Teams & SharePoint
User manuals, job aids & training documentation
SQL / Oracle database experience
Public health agency experience
Agile / SDLC expertise
