POSITION SUMMARY
The Contracts Compliance & Procurement Coordinator is responsible for coordinating tracking and maintaining HANACs day-to-day administrative contractual procurement and compliance activities under the direction of the Director of Social Service Programs Grants Administration and Compliance.

The Coordinator works closely with program finance purchasing human resources and administrative staff to ensure that required documents reports registrations contracts purchasing activities and compliance submissions are completed accurately and within established deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Track contracts compliancerequirements deadlines renewals reports andregistrations.
• Maintain compliance calendars contract files andrequired records.
• Assist with governmentfilings including PASSPort JCOPE vendor questionnairesand other requiredsystems.
• Assist with contracts subcontract agreements renewals amendmentsand vendor compliancedocumentation.
• Support purchasing andprocurement activitiesincluding quotes purchaseorders approvals andvendor documentation.
• Prepare and maintain documentationfor audits monitoringvisits and funderreviews.
• Follow up onmissing documentation and outstanding compliancerequirements and reportsignificant issues tothe Director.
• The position will also provide coverage for colleagues during vacations and other absences assist with purchasing and administrative functions coordinate events as needed and perform other duties assigned by the Director.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree inbusiness public administration nonprofit managementor related fieldpreferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• Experience in contracts compliance procurement administration or nonprofit/government-funded programspreferred.
• Experience with PASSPort JCOPE or government procurement systems isa plus.
• Strong organizational communication follow-up andattention-to-detailskills.
• Ability to managemultiple deadlines andpriorities.
• Proficiency in MicrosoftWord and Excel.
• Ability to maintainconfidentiality and work effectively with staff vendors subcontractors and government agencies.
• Bilingual Spanish/Englishis a plus.

SUPERVISION

Reports to theDirector of SocialService Programs GrantsAdministration and Complianceand works independentlywhile keeping theDirector informed ofdeadlines compliance issues and outstandingrequirements.

OTHER DUTIES
The employee may be assigned additional duties and responsibilities by the Director based on the operational needs of HANAC and the Administration Department.

The position is expected to maintain flexibility and provide coverage for essential administrative functions when other staff members are absent.
