As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 07:15 AM - 06:15 PM Tue: 07:15 AM - 06:15 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or customers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the lobby, offices, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify suspicious activity and/or conditions that may require attention. Monitor access points, observe foot and vehicle traffic, and help to deter unauthorized entry through visible presence and timely reporting of concerns. Prepare accurate daily activity logs, incident reports, and/or shift pass-down notes to support site awareness and continuity of operations. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
