Our Purpose: “We champion and empower workers who make our world work better” **What You Will Do as a Patternmaker:**This position is responsible for the development and maintenance of patterns. Transforms merchandising ideas and product concepts into working patterns that achieve the desired fit and appearance at the minimum cost in materials and labor. This includes the supervision of prototype assembly, writing dimension specifications, and the monitoring of finished production for compliance to specifications.
