Primary Responsibilities Treatment Excellence & Guest Experience · Deliver massage, facial, and/or body treatments with advanced technical proficiency and exceptional guest presence. · Customize each service through thoughtful consultation and anticipatory care. · Uphold service rituals before, during, and after every treatment. · Facilitate seamless guest recovery when needed, preserving brand integrity. · Maintain pristine treatment room presentation aligned with luxury standards. Standards & Training Leadership · Serve as mentor and role model for all service providers. · Train and audit team members on brand standards and service protocols. · Lead onboarding and orientation for new therapists and estheticians to ensure cultural alignment. · Conduct coaching conversations to refine technique, communication, and guest personalization. · Participate in Spa MOD program, providing operational oversight and team support when scheduled. Operational & Retail Stewardship · Oversee inventory management of professional products with precision. · Conduct monthly inventory counts and maintain responsible supply levels. · Support performance through authentic product education and recommendation. · Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and company standards. · Submit HOT SOS tickets and ensure environmental standards are consistently upheld. Scheduling & Collaboration · Assist with treatment staff scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage and service consistency. · Partner with leadership to align staffing with business demands. · Maintain clear, professional communication with leadership and peers. · Support cross-department collaboration to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Leadership Expectations · Model poise, professionalism, and composure in all guest and team interactions. · Demonstrate calm and confident presence during high-volume or complex service periods. · Protect guest confidentiality and uphold ethical standards at all times. · Lead with humility, mentorship, and accountability. · Inspire excellence through disciplined service execution and example. Qualifications · Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed Massage Therapist and/or Esthetician. · Active Louisiana state license required. · Luxury spa experience strongly preferred. · Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal. · Strong organizational skills with advanced attention to detail. · Professional presentation reflective of a luxury brand. · Basic computer proficiency.
