What you bring:

• Active Virginia SLP license required
• Experience in one or more of the following: school-based SLP, SLP - CCC, SLP - CFY, teletherapy, pediatrics, or healthcare
• A passion for fostering communication skills and supporting student development
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Adaptability while working with a variety of school sites and student age groups
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other support professionals

What you’ll do:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language services for students (caseload and specific ages to be determined)
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and implement evidence-based therapy
• Employ both in-person and teletherapy solutions as needed
• Monitor and document student progress, adapting approaches for optimal outcomes
• Serve as a valuable resource for teachers and parents, offering guidance on speech and language strategies
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure holistic support for each child
