About the job you are considering The Global Analyst Relations Assistant Director manages, anchors, and enhances strong relationships with targeted industry analysts, positioning Capgemini as a business, technology, and digital services partner focused on client value creation. The role involves developing and communicating an end‑to‑end story that articulates Capgemini’s value proposition, increasing awareness through new ideas, deeper relationships, and experiential formats such as site visits, client discussions, demos, and pre‑briefings under NDA. This position requires strong collaboration and communication skills and the ability to work across various levels of the organization, partnering with Industry Teams, Media Relations, and Marketing Leaders to deliver content and key messages that drive analyst engagement. Key strengths include relationship building, influencing, storytelling, and operating effectively in a large global and matrixed organization. Your role Reporting to the global head of analyst relations; responsible for multiple domains (e.g. Customer / Digital Experience, Consumer Products and Retail) and partnership relationships (Adobe, Pega, Salesforce). Planning and executing a strategic analyst engagement program globally across key domain areas. Managing analyst briefings: responding to requests, guiding presentation development, reviewing survey submissions, securing and prepping client references, leading preparation sessions with spokespeople, hosting briefings, and following up. Obtaining analyst insights throughout the year and providing feedback to the business. Coordinating strategy workshop sessions. Reporting back to leadership on current market trends via analyst report findings and leading custom research projects on priority business issues. Mapping analysts to leaders to create an ongoing executive partner engagement program. Arranging and coordinating industry analyst events worldwide, including Capgemini Analyst summits and roundtables, and managing event sponsorships to secure positive coverage. Collaborating with PR to promote positive reports in press releases and social media, obtaining analyst quotes in news announcements, and pre‑briefing the press. Working with marketing and sales teams to support campaign development, leverage analyst results, track Capgemini’s leadership in ranking reports, and measure perception through annual analyst surveys. Proactively managing industry analyst responses to secure leading positions in relevant reports and ensuring accuracy of published information. Protecting Capgemini’s brand and reputation, mitigating negative coverage, and escalating issues appropriately. Your skills and experience 10+ years of demonstrable experience in analyst relations or related fields (e.g. investor or public relations) with deep relationship‑management skills. Proactiveness and outstanding written and verbal communication. Experience in large, global companies with the maturity to manage executive stakeholders and drive action in a matrixed organization. High attention to detail and the ability to deliver simultaneous deadline‑dependent projects. Comfortable synthesizing inputs from multiple sources to develop an overarching narrative. Ability to provide event‑planning support for in‑person analyst meetings. Compensation The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $88,544 - $281,842. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered may differ based on location, education, experience, and other factors. In addition to base salary, the role may be eligible for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
