Public Services Aide - Eligibility & Customer Support
State-of-Michigan
State of Michigan is seeking a Department of State Aide to help Michigan residents review requests, determine eligibility, and ensure applications meet requirements. You will process transactions, answer questions, and help customers understand the services and online options available. This full‑time role follows a 40+ hour schedule with occasional travel to other branch offices.
