Glacier HVAC/R LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Installation Technician with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing team!

We specialize in commercial and residential HVAC installation, service, and repair. We are seeking a dependable, hardworking professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well with others, and is committed to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Install commercial and residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Install heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, and related HVAC equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and installation specifications.
Perform equipment replacements, system upgrades, and new construction installations.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues.
Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, safety requirements, and applicable codes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members.

Qualifications

3–5 years of HVAC installation experience preferred.
Experience with commercial and residential HVAC systems.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read blueprints and understand HVAC system layouts.
Knowledge of HVAC installation practices, tools, and equipment.
Ability to work independently and manage job responsibilities.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting equipment, climbing ladders, and working in various environments.
EPA certification preferred.

Additional experience with commercial HVAC equipment, boilers, hydronic systems, chillers, and refrigeration is a plus!

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $35.00 – $55.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
