You handle distractions with urgency and composure — and then return to the details to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You follow established processes — and when improvement is needed, you elevate it thoughtfully and within regulatory guidelines. What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Ensuring exceptional quality of resident care through clear standards, monitoring, and accountability
• Overseeing the entire medication delivery system with precision and consistency
• Conducting initial and ongoing resident assessments with accuracy and clinical insight
• Evaluating medical concerns and coordinating care with providers and ancillary services
• Interpreting policies and regulations for nursing staff — ensuring full compliance
• Supervising Resident Care Aides (RCAs) with clear expectations and consistent follow-up
• Providing hands-on competency training with return demonstrations
• Leading recruitment, onboarding, and in-service education for the nursing team
• Serving as a trusted liaison to families, healthcare agencies, hospitals, and emergency teams
• Handling emergency situations calmly and efficiently
• Participating in on-call rotation

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts RN or LPN License in good standing
• 1-year verifiable experience in Home Care or Assisted Living
• Knowledge of aging and disability issues
