LaSalle Network is partnering with an industry-leading facilities management company to hire a Client Service Representative (Facilities Administrator). This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping clients, managing high-volume communication, and working in a fast-paced call center environment.
Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative (Facilities Administrator) serves as the primary point of contact for clients, managing service requests and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and manage incoming client service requests
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Provide updates regarding service schedules, progress, and completion
- Coordinate service requests with internal teams and third-party vendors
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems
- Track and monitor work order activity throughout the service process
- Assist with invoice and documentation review as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- Previous customer service, call center, client support, scheduling, dispatch, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and customer interactions
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Dependable, adaptable, and customer-focused
- $17.35 per hour
- LaSalle Network contractors have the opportunity to enroll in benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance.

- Onsite training with remote work available on Fridays
