ABA Solutions is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children and families in the Temple Terrace area. This role provides the opportunity to work with clients in school and home settings while collaborating with experienced BCBAs focused on outcomes that are meaningful to our clients.

Consistent supervision and support from experienced BCBAs is built into this role to ensure both client progress and professional growth.

Clinical Support and Growth Opportunities

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents in school and home environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills
• Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and clinical supervisors to support skill generalization
• Maintain documentation and session notes according to clinical standards

Where You’ll Work

This role involves providing services across school and home environments.

School services typically occur during the school day and involve supporting clients with behavior goals, classroom participation, and social interaction.

Home sessions often focus on caregiver training and skill generalization so strategies can be implemented consistently across environments.

Clients served may range from elementary through high school students depending on the needs of the caseload.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB, or willingness to obtain certification
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in school and home environments
• Reliable and professional work ethic
