Compensation:

$140,400 - $297,400 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Guide prospective buyers through property tours, ensuring a seamless and informative experience.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, tailoring property selections accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing timely updates and insights to aid their decision-making process.
• Utilize our proven systems to manage daily tasks efficiently, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term engagement.
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends to provide clients with up-to-date information.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure a smooth transaction process from start to finish for every client interaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Familiarity with the local real estate market in Warren-Farmington-Hills-Troy, MI, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a flexible schedule.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and systems for task management and client communication.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new real estate trends and technologies quickly.
