# Event Staff*Baton Rouge, LA*Order: 65515(Baton Rouge, Louisiana): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking Event Staff to support a variety of events including festivals, corporate functions, conventions, concerts, and private gatherings. The Event Staff will assist with event setup, guest services, and breakdown while ensuring a positive and professional experience for attendees and organizers.Essential Duties:• Assist with event setup including tables, chairs, signage, and equipment• Greet guests and provide directions or event information• Manage registration or check-in areas for attendees• Support food and beverage service areas when required• Monitor event spaces to maintain cleanliness and organization• Assist with crowd flow and guest services during events• Support event breakdown and cleanup after event completionRequirements/Skills:• Strong customer service and communication skills• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced event environment• Reliable transportation to event locations in the Baton Rouge area• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team• Previous hospitality or event experience preferred but not requiredAll cashiers and concessions employees must possess a valid parish barcard.Physical Requirements:• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events• Ability to lift and carry up to 25–50 pounds as needed for setup and breakdown• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions• Frequent bending, lifting, and moving equipment or event materialsEqual Opportunity Statement:\*Flexicrew Technical Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer; employment with FTS is governed on the basis of merit, competence, and qualifications.
