Job Description
The Tow Operator plays a crucial role in safely towing and recovering vehicles while providing excellent customer service. This position requires proficiency in operating towing equipment, conducting vehicle inspections, and adhering to safety regulations to ensure efficient and secure vehicle handling.
Responsibilities
- Conduct vehicle towing and recovery operations efficiently and safely
- Operate towing and recovery equipment with precision and care
- Assist customers by providing professional and courteous service
- Adhere to safety standards and compliance requirements at all times
- Inspect vehicles before and after towing to assess condition
- Complete incident and recovery reports accurately and timely
- Manage and maintain inventory of towing equipment and supplies
- Navigate routes effectively to optimize response times
- Communicate with dispatch and customers clearly and professionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in vehicle towing
