Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure in Alaska
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to provide both direct and indirect speech therapy services

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Deliver high-quality direct and indirect services in compliance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create supportive learning environments
• Maintain accurate, timely records and documentation
• Develop individualized therapy plans to foster student growth and track outcomes
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
