Join the compassionate and creative, locally owned and operated Ellie Mental Health clinic in Centerville or Springboro OH! We are a fun group practice environment dedicated to prioritizing and nurturing the therapist experience. Our ideal candidate will be available to start in December of 2026 or January of 2027. Compensation and benefits include a range of $35-$60 an hour based on qualifications, W2 employee with 401k, PTO, healthcare, dental and vision insurance, a flexible hybrid work environment and schedule, a comfortable, furnished office and inclusive environment, a $700 annual professional development stipend, free internal CEU's, free supervision for licensure if needed, administrative, technology, scheduling, and referral support, and an annual bonus based on performance.

Position overview: As an outpatient therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. The mental health industry is full of barriers, and we've made it our goal to fill the gap and find innovative ways to break down these barriers for the communities we serve.

Responsibilities include providing multiculturally humble therapy services, diagnosing, creating and maintaining individualized treatment plans, providing excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community, utilizing creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals, maintaining clinical documentation in EHR system, maintaining a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week (for full time status, 15 for PT), coordinating services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed, attending and participating in required clinical staff meetings and trainings, and participating in clinic marketing, outreach, and networking community events.

Required qualifications and skills include a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field, clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LPC, LMSW, LICSW, LP etc.), ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients, ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents within 24 hours, comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base, and proficiency in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!), including the collection of co-payments.
